oh yeah, this one circulated heavy on Facebook like 2 weeks ago.

But the weird thing is that one of the guys I met on my intern said that's exactly the reason why he doesn't comment on pictures anymore. He made a comment on a picture after someone asked him how he and his wife were doing and he responded that "they were taking it one day at a time" or something to that effect that every married person would know that marriage is something you work at--a purely innocuous statement.

Enter wife's friends.

His wife went the hell off on him for two hours trying to figure out if he was up to something no good given a Facebook comment that his wife's friend had take totally out of context.

WTF?!?!?

I mean remember all the trouble Honesty Boxes caused, lol

I'm in college right now and Facebook is taking victims left and right. If you are the type of person who is insecure in your relationship, Facebook is not for you.

Recently, I have a friend who's boyfriend got a little upset/jealous over a profile picture of her and one of her guy friends, at a theme park together.

In a photo album, this would just be a regular photo, but on Facebook, the profile picture is considered your message to the world, and having your profile picture with someone that isn't your significant other is not good.

I like Facebook, (it's much better than Myspace) but some people really take it too seriously, the ones who aggressively "friend" people and have 1000 Facebook friends. Like with the status updates. Do I really need to know what you had for dinner? Do I care that you were out clubbin all night and you have the fuzzy, drunken pictures to prove it? Hell naw. This is why I think Twitter is crap. Celebrities do it, sure, because they're celebrities and people, for some odd reason, actually want to know what they're doing 24/7. Ray-Ray and Shaquante down the block? No, I don't what to follow you on Twitter, I just don't give a damn. Also lame is those new verbs we have now to describe these activities, e.g. "facebooking" and "tweeting."

This video IS the truth. I think erryone on FB had this on their wall at one time when it when viral.

I've seem one develop and unfold between two people I went to high school with and have reconnected 11 yrs after graduation, with him up in NY and her in FL.

They never directly refer to each other directly on their walls, only saying "he's such a sweet guy" or "I hope she likes me the way I like her". Some of his male friends/old classmates will chime in telling him to be ice cold, while the female friends/classmates tell the men to back off and quit hating. It's sweet, cute, and I hope it works out for them.

I've seen people change their profile pics to their man's photo, only to get blasted that it wasn't their man at all or he was with five or her friends. I've seen to middle-aged women nearly comes to blows over a cheating husband. I changed my profile pic and my boyfriend started giving me the side-eye wondering who took the pic.

I just don't understand those thinly veiled attempts with flirting like shooting in the face with a water gun filled with milk, or picking a food fight with me some mashed potatoes and chicken a la king, WTF?

I don't really have a story to tell but I was once able to read a wall-to-wall between two people in a relationship. I hadn't talked to either of them in over a year but I knew everything that was going on in their relationship because they chose to have a very heated convo on their walls. smh.

How about, your mother calls and tells you to delete her facebook, because your father's mistress left her an embarassing WALL POST explaining every detail of their year long affair, and that your father is tagged with the mistress in multiple photo albums on her page.

I wish i was making this up.
