LOL. My guy (whoever he is) won't have to worry about me gabbing during the game because I love football. I even hate when people call during the game. Now if I could only find a true ride or die Skins fan I'd be in wonderland :-). Maybe that's what I shoulda asked for this Christmas...darn!
Good advice and I plan to share this with my female friends...my girl is pretty football savvy and is a Jets fan. In fact, she probably is a bigger football fan than I am seeing that my team is the Detroit Lions...thanks for adding this AB and I plan on adding BMWK to my list blogs I read...
Football? Not while there are 70% off sales to be had all over town!
I don't care about football that much but my husband is a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan. Soooo, I've got the Cowboys throw and the Cowboy's jersey. My husband even brings out a teddy bear wearing a Cowboy's jersey on game day.
When I throw a little Cowboys info at him (I AM on the net a lot) he melts. LOL Then he'll tell me something interesting about a player. So, it works both ways. :-)
I forgot to mention, this is TheDad from BMWK. He's a frequent Guest contributor here at AB.com.

I know a lot of "ladies" into football...crazy, trash-talking
fans. I appreciate Lamar's humor but I think he grossly underestimates the female fan base.
I loathe professional sports and because I'm in the DC metro area I hear my husband complain every year about the 'Skins. Damn...at least the Ravens have played somewhat well.
Seriously, you want to impress your man on game day?? Go change the oil in his truck and do a tune up while you're at it. That would impress the hell outta most men.
@smokie- I keep telling people guys love that stuff.
@vanilla latte- I'm not underestimating anyone. Just a playful video. Actually one of the best football blogs is run by a woman and is called Pigskin Loving Lady. But on the other hand the NFL fan base is still primarily made up of men even though the women demo is growing.
AB - thanks for sharing the post. I've got a hot one coming this week for the fellas. It's about how to handle the house when the wife's away. lol

As a favor to my husband I just avoid the TV room altogether while the game is going. He knows how I feel about Dan Snyder and his team.

Good vid Dad. Its true, woman drops a little knowledge and guys go into shock. I first realized that a while back when saying a simple statement like "opening up the field" and dudes were looking at me like I had a second head.
@symphony - Football is the other way to a man's heart. lol
Its football? I can hang with the best in football but my sport is baseball.
