Except in #3, just his Texas accent. :) Having had him as Governor for a while, I think he's a damn sight more intelligent than most people believe. Nobody gets Bob Bullock's endorsement (Democratic Lt. Governer and unofficial King of Texas for 20 years) unless he's smart and politically savvy.
Still, with the look on his face you can hardly resist going for the general "Bush is a dummy" meme. ;)
What can I say, I reached for the low-hanging fruit. :)
